Research Information

The Endometriosis and Fertility Clinic provides highly individualised treatment through nutritional counselling as your well-being is the most important element in the healing process.

Dian Shepperson Mills is a pioneer in promoting nutritional therapy as a safe and effective treatment for endometriosis. She started attending the World Endometriosis Conferences in 1988 and soon after she completed her training as a nutritional therapist, she started attending the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). After attending for several years and making herself known and recognised for her knowledge and professionalism she approached the president of the society and asked about setting up a Nutrition Special Interest Group. She was not the only person putting forward research which included nutrition.

From the information we collect from our clients, mainly from the Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile (MYMOP) information. We have used that information to map the clients improvement over the months and has been the key to much of our research. Obviously, the data used was completely anonimous. The beauty of MYMOP is that it maps the clients symptoms and is not related to the treatment, which is very much different for each client.
